MemberApp: How to Sign into Mattrack Member App

Mat-Track uses passwordless sign-in, so you never need to create or remember a password. You can log in with a magic link sent to your email or with your Google account.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Your gym must have added your email address to their membership system before you can sign in. If you see an error saying your account was not found, contact your gym and confirm they have your correct email on file.

OPTION 1: SIGN IN WITH A MAGIC LINK

  1. Open the Mat-Track app.

  2. Enter the email address your gym has on file for you.

  3. Tap "Send Magic Link".

  4. Open your email inbox and look for a message from Mat-Track. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a minute or two.

  5. Tap the link inside the email. You will be taken directly into the app and signed in automatically.

Note: Each magic link can only be used once and expires after a short period. If your link has expired, return to the app and request a new one.

Note: If your have a gmail address, you should use sign in with google option

OPTION 2: SIGN IN WITH GOOGLE

  1. Open the Mat-Track app.

  2. Tap "Continue with Google".

  3. Select or confirm the Google account whose email address your gym has on file.

  4. You will be signed in and taken to your profile.

Note: The Google account you choose must use the same email address your gym has registered for you.

TROUBLESHOOTING

"Account not found" — Your email is not yet in the gym's system. Fill in the email address that you’ve used to sign up for the gym

"Too many requests" — You have requested several magic links in a short period. Wait an hour before trying again.

"Invalid or expired link" — The link in your email has already been used or has timed out. Go back to the app and tap "Send Magic Link" again.

No magic link email received — Check your spam folder. If it is not there after two minutes, confirm the email address you entered is correct and try again. If you are on a gmail account, use the Continue with Google option
