OPENING YOUR TRAINING LOG

  1. Open the Mat-Track app and sign in.

  2. Tap the Training tab at the bottom of the screen (calendar icon).

THE ACTIVITY HEATMAP

At the top of the Training screen you will see a colour-coded grid. Each square represents a day. The colour intensity shows how many times you trained on that day β€” darker squares mean more sessions.

This gives you a quick visual picture of your training patterns over time.

Changing the time range:

  • Tap one of the buttons at the top of the heatmap: 1M (one month), 3M (three months), 6M (six months), or 1Y (one year).

  • The grid will update to show attendance across your chosen period.

Viewing a specific month:

  • Tap any square or month section in the heatmap to zoom in on that month's detail.

YOUR CHECK-IN HISTORY

Below the heatmap is a list of every gym visit, sorted from most recent to oldest. Each entry shows:

  • The date of the visit

  • The time you checked in (displayed in 12-hour format with AM/PM)

Loading older check-ins: The list loads 20 entries at a time. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Load more" to see earlier visits.

YOUR STATS ON THE PROFILE SCREEN

For a quick summary, you can also check your Profile tab, which shows:

  • Total check-ins β€” the total number of times you have trained

  • Last check-in β€” the date of your most recent visit

TROUBLESHOOTING

Heatmap appears empty β€” You may not have any recorded check-ins yet, or you may be viewing a time range before you joined. Try switching to a longer range such as 1Y.

A recent check-in is missing β€” There may be a short delay before new check-ins appear. If a session from yesterday or earlier is still missing, contact your gym to have it added manually.

"Load more" button does not appear β€” You are seeing your complete history and there are no older entries to load.
