Make Your Trial Welcome Email Your Own

When a lead signs up through your public trial link, they get an instant confirmation email with their check-in QR code. You can now personalize it.

Head to Settings → Automations, find the Trial Confirmation Email card, and click Customize to edit:

• The subject line

• The welcome message

• Your "what to do next" steps

• An optional extra note (parking info, what to bring, opening hours — whatever you like)

• A live preview shows exactly what your leads will receive, and you can reset to the default at any time. Your logo, the QR code and contact footer are added automatically. (If you don't customize anything, your trial emails stay exactly as they are today.)
